If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods must be in the original packaging, unused, unworn and resellable condition. The Goods that are altered or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you at your expense. Abyjewelry does not provide prepaid shipping labels.
When you initiate a return:
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- If you want to exchange within the return window for a different size or style, you can return the item for store credit and place a new order for the size or style that you desire.
- All refunds do not require you to pay a restocking fee, and there is no restocking fee for returning store points products.
- Once a return is approved, You have 5 days to send back your purchase. Returns postmarked after 5 days will be refused and sent back at the customers expense.
- Abyjewelry will provide domestic prepaid return labels only in the event that we have made a mistake. Example: If Abyjewelry were to send you the incorrect piece of jewelry.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements.
- Goods on Sale can be returned for store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.
- All Enamels, 925s and Moissanite Goods are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements.
- All Grillz Goods are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements.
- All Watches are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, After purchasing, we will provide you with a watch band opener for you to adjust its size.
- Gift cards and all free gifts included with the order. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Packages shipped within the United States that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
If an international package is returned due to being rejected and unclaimed, You are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Abyjewelry. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Abyjewelry Lifetime Guarantee
We are committed to providing the highest quality of jewelry, this is why we offer the Abyjewelry Lifetime Guarantee. If your product arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect during normal wear, our warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
This warranty is voided on any user damage issues (i.e: scratches, accidental breakage).
A Shipping and Handling fee of $20 will be charged for all Warranty Replacements.
All made-to-order Goods is guaranteed under our 30-Day Quality Guarantee. This policy entitles you to a free, one-time repair of your piece if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be voided immediately if user damage is detected (accidental breakage, scratches, missing stones, etc.) Once the 30-day guarantee has expired, a $99 USD Repair Fee will be charged for all made-to-order items.
